Greg, what's your feeling about the overall market condition.. based on all the recent economic data. Do you think the Fed will raise rates again, and if so, do you think we'll test the lows again (or is a quarter point raise already factored in). ((You know, all the standard Mark "CNBC" Haines questions.))
