the price of RMBS has assumed for a long time penetration rates in excess of 50% of the DRAM market.
It is clear from the Toshiba agreement that the majority of future DRAM, regardless that it be SDRAM, DDR, RDRAM or next generation DRAM, will infringe on RMBS patent portfolio. I would have to say that the percentage is closer to 100% than 50%.
