Not thrilled but they are diversifying their business. Revenue is up. These guys really think they have a strong market for the Litigator software to be spending so much on R+D for a little co. I would not sell into this weakness because the news release for the Gov. contracts could, and I stress could come any day. The IBM deal was outta the blue where the gov. contact is anticipated by Docucon. This is proving to be a true micro cap struggling to get bigger. Hang in there. Jeff
