Speaking strictly from a trading perspective, lawsuit notwithstanding, does anyone feel this is a screaming short-term buy? It's such a leader in its area, I would imagine that the next positive-enough story could send it at least back into the 40's. Buy today, sell next week or the week after ... that's what I'm feeling. Any comments?
