In addition to what you have said I just received the annual report, along with my proxy and a CD. I will look it over and let you know about the guts but the initial impression I get from the material is impressive. It looks real nice.... Steve

PS - Proxy contains following proposals:

1. Election of Directors
2. Change name of company to SPCO
3. Amendment to increase # of sharees in incentive plan from 3M to 4M
4. Adoption of the companies 1997 ESPP
