That's true if rambus does not push for back royalities on existing sram and DDR already manufactured. I guess what is different is the market is now 100% and the earnings ramp is steeper. BTW, Drew Peck w/ sg cowan was on CNBC and low balled the dram market by 60%. He said it's about 20 billion. Isn't the dram market about 30 billion this year, going to 60 billion in 2002 ??
