<<<<Redfern Update>>>>
The recent article in the Globe newspaper stating the US has given Redfern Resources RFR.to an ultimatum to stop all work on their Tulsequchief project is completely false.

I have spoken w/ several attendees of the three day meeting and no such ultimatum was give.

The facts are as follows: The US is seeking an oversight comm. to monitor the progress of the mine. In an unprecedented move, BC may invite the US to sit on a Canadian board to assist w/ future issues related to mining/ environmental concerns.

Redferns executives were asked to testify at a US House sub comm. regarding the unethical and possibly illegal actions of several US based environmental groups. The hearing were well attended and good progress was made.

Due to the fact that Redfern is the only approved mine under the tough new environmental laws passed by BC, they have become the target of every ev. group opposed to any related issues.

Their project is very profitable, highly desired by many once the political issues subside.
