Gussie-boy, your fellow IDCC'ers must love the stink your vile attracts to this thread! Like flies to manure.
Now, what other factual errors have I made? That Renntech can't count? That IDCC lost to Motorola, and that it stuck on appeal? That the ERICY litigation might result in a resounding loss of the TDMA IPR rights that you claim belong to IDCC? That Q's royalty flow is like Niagara Falls compared to IDCC's dry gulch?
I'll admit that you are more knowledgeable than I am on the nitty gritty details of the wireless world. Unfortunately, that's the problem, Gussie. You don't see the big picture. That plus your wishful thinking makes you as blind as a mole.
You still haven't mentioned how Q's patent 4,901,307, claiming spread spectrum, was preceded by spread spectrum patents held by IDCC. How about it, Gussie. Chapter and verse would be nice. From patents, please.
Now, go and have a nice long lunch, it's Friday. |
