There was a recent email from the CFO posted at RB that said, in effect, they are still waiting for the Nasdaq examiner to get thru the companies ahead of SCKT, SCKT believe they qualify and there are no outstanding issues that SCKT knows of, and the Naz lady thought she'd get to it fairly soon but at this point it's totally in NAZ hands so SCKT is afraid to make any predictions on timing. In some ways it might be a blessing in disguise that it didn't happen a few weeks ago, at least now the markets are a little more positve.
