Dataram Powers the Dot Com Market With Memory Solutions for Hewlett-Packard NetServer Systems
PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 13, 2000--Dataram Corporation (NASDAQ: DRAM - news) a leading provider of gigabyte-class memory for high-performance network servers, today announces immediate availability of memory for the new HP NetServer Systems.

To satisfy market demands in customers' Internet environments, Dataram is offering memory for HP's NetServer LC 2000/2000r, LH 3000/3000r, LH 6000/6000r and LT 6000r systems. The memory for the DRHLC2000 is available in 256MB, 512MB, and 1GB capacities. Each product contains a single 133MHz ECC SDRAM module.

The NetServer LH 6000 and LT 6000r systems are two new flagship products for Hewlett-Packard and are designed for the high-growth, four-way server market. The LH 6000 offers up to six Intel© Pentium© III Xeon processors and will support up to 8GB of Dataram memory while the NetServer LT 6000r system has a similarly impressive feature set, but is packaged in a slim 4U form-factor, providing the power of up to 60 processors in a standard 40U rack.

The NetServer LC 2000 and LH 3000 systems are designed to meet the growing network requirements of workgroups and departments. Both servers support two Intel Pentium III processors and up to 4GB of Dataram memory.
