CWEI closed @ 12, up 3/8, Bid 11 3/4 x Ask 12....Vol..29.8K

The earthquake has to be further affecting the price of oil--although oil did jump into the mid $20 range last week even before the earthquake. I'll look in tomorrow's IBD--there should be mention of what is driving up the price of oil; if you find any news thanks for posting it.

Gary, yes I have followed Comstock Resources, although not very closely recently. They were doing very well and moved over to the NYSE--I have now added them back into stocks that I follow and will read up on their current status--thanks for mentioning them.

Oil $21.38, +0.95 (CWEI received $19.38 in Q2 1996)
Natural Gas, $2.22, -0.02 (CWEI received $2.53 in Q2 1996)

CWEI receives a premium, for the liquids in its natural gas, on top
of the stated priced.
