The following showed up on my NDB screens at 14:32 after I posted the earlier item: "ABN AMRO hosted a conference call with TER this afternoon in which the VP of Corporate Relations said that Q@ bookings could be flat with Q1, which is being perceived as a disappointment given ABN AMRO's expectation of a 10%+ increase. ABN AMRO stresses that TER is typically very conservative and draws approximately 50% of its business in the final two weeks of the quarter; firm says that it views weakness as a buying opportunity and sees upside to its $110 target." Was the book to bill over 1.5 last quarter? With this, even flat bookings would be significant. Is it accurate the the firm is conservative? Does it really receive almost 50% of its bookings in the last two weeks of the quarter?
