R,
As I understand it we had a meet this A.M. with the technical people of the CDNX and we submitted reports which I am to understand that they were impressed with and had no problems, and lifting of the halt was supposed to take place. Birch has now submitted a letter to the CDNX for a letter of clarification as to why the lift hasn't happened. The ball is now in their court. (ha)

I personally think that someone in Vancouver (We've heard the rumors before.) is attempting to dirty BM's linen, and I'm not surprised, except just as Kaiser's thesis was very weak, so to is the CDNX. After all what was so wrong with the press release, and the stock has been like watching paint dry.

I suspect that this little itch will institute an opening up, if you will, by Birch to start disclosing much more to its stockholders and in turn show not just the mining community this tech, but the many other industries that will benefit thru selective disclosure.

I look forward to this next week and the AGM.
je
