Question about...for stocks $2.00 and under. OTC-BB or NASDAQ.

I'm a novice, so if my questions do not make sense
then please identify that as so and supply help if can.

Haber Science OTC:BB still on that pink list.
Using HABE on AOL I get quote,
but can't get quote here on SI.
Is this allowed in as a pick?

A Canadian company Tyhee Dev on Ventura Exchange
trades under symbol TYHJF in US on the BB.
Is this allowed in as a pick?

The third company I hold shares in,
Silverado Gold SLGLF
I have been told on that thread that this is an
ongoing Pump & Dump type company,
and presently doing another Bre-X scam
as they discovered a new energy source
to replace oil. Cheaper and cleaner it is,
and lots of it as it is water mixed with something.
