Dale, The only thing new for SSII today was SEC SB-2/A filed on 5/9. It is an amendment to form SB-2. The prospectus includes the following: 11 million shares of common stock issuable upon exercise of warrants 690K shares of common stock for Selling Security Holders 5,058K Redeemable Warrants for Selling Security Holders 220,000 shares of those 690K shares are being offered up by V.Bitetti, the CEO of the company. Hmmmm. This document is 122 pages long! No numbers in there for the latest quarter results.
