Freeway, re PKD. I expect what is happening is an intersector rotation. Out of small caps and laggards and into big caps. Nothing more. Most of the big cappers are now on solid MACD buy signals as is the osx. I expect to see 3-4 day back and forth rotations, as profits are taken out of one subsector an put back into another, as the OSX rally unfolds. WRT PKD we are seeing a series of rising peaks and troughs on a very short term basis. I believe PKD is developing a very bullish flag formation with an upward bias. I believe it will be resolved with a powerful move to 8.5, where it will encounter some more serious resistance. I don't expect the downside in PKD to be more than into the high 5's. Have I or will I buy more? No. Based on previous trades the PKD I now own is "free" stock. Most of my money is tied up now in patch stocks, gold stocks and hotel stocks. I'm happy where I am now. IMO MDR is coiling up for a very good upside breakout. The Bollinger bands are tightening up, big time. Volatility will explode soon. My bet the direction of that volatility will be to the upside. IT may even break through it's 200 dma, although it could very well take 2 runs to accomplish that. At any rate, my 2 month target for MDR is 17-18 to close the gap. Bull
