Do we really need more storage when wireless gets faster?
Doesn`t it seem that we store more when nets are slow.

No matter how fast wireless networks are, the fact is that spectrum is a scarce resource and needs to be conserved. The wireless networks won't support everyone streaming music all the time. They are a shared resource and latency may be used as a weapon to clear up traffic jams. Wireless is much better suited to delivering bursty data, which means caching and temporary storage will be needed to smooth out the bursts. Flash and SRAM working in tandem can solve that problem.

Don`t you think that all the hardware maker will go bankrupt if everything can be upgraded using flash and as such they will prefer that we buy NEW stuff with or without flash as the case maybe.

Did computer makers go bankrupt when PC harddrives and memory could be upgraded? Increased storage won't be the only reason to buy a new handset, at least I hope not.
