Daniel, From what I hear, NO. There is more people working on CMM and being the "New Project Managers" than people doing the actual work. Employee's think this is a big joke and with all the cuts everyone is sitting back and trying to stay out of the way. They do exactly what the Human Resource Manager (I think that is what they call that person) wants because that is the person that is going to do there review which will place them in their quartile (sp)and don't worry about the projects. Did Dick Brown get a bonus at the end of the year (1999)? Look at the stock price now and there is no more cutting of employee's to hit the bottom line I think? With the stock price at this level, is it time for a take over to help shareholders value? I'm very concern about shareholder value and the stock price. Brandon
