CPU vendors split over SOI eet.com; Robert, Scumbria, TWY... I am curious as what you guys think of the SOI technology. Intel is dinging it much like they did with the Cu process. However I must admit that the manu. process sounds cumbersome and I question its usefulness if its performance gains diminish as you go down from 0.18um. ted
