I think by now it is clear that both Scumb and Bilow have wished, and will continue to wish that Rambus be deprived of its rights to its hard earned IP.

I couldn't care less if Rambus does or doesn't get royalties from DDR.

If anyone out there thinks that this Toshiba event is indicative of things to come, they are probably fooling themselves. I doubt anyone else is going to roll over and play dead without a major struggle.
