Gene, They agreed to pay royalties on the ones who use Rambus interface technology. I don't know if that is all of them. And, yes, going after the entire industry is the key. Rambus's lawyers may be able to achieve earnings the business could not. And, if they are really the tech brains behind the stuff, they deserve it.
