One possible danger with foreign stocks and figures reported in US dollars is the currency fluctation. In order to ensure you know what you are looking at you really have to go back and get the exchange rate for each reporting period or the numbers could be practically meaningless. I'm not sure about TMX, but recently I was involved in a bundle of confusion with an company that reports in Euro's and year ago quarter Eur/US was at 1.20/1.00 or something like that and current quarter EUR/US was at .90/1.00.
