It's Called Racketeering .Happens All the Time. Not only that,the OPEC members don?t want to change their position,as they blame the current high price on speculation,not a lack of available oil. Question is?.will your Govt. step in and wring out the excesses and hoarding and cool the speculation like they did in the stock market? Food for thought looking forward.
