Hello DWB, We had a brief discussion back in late March where we speculated about the QCOM/LSI licensing arrangement. Is it still your belief that LSI is licensed for 1S-95 systems but does not have licenses for any of the 1X systems or HDR? Judging by LSI's blustery tone during the Bear Stearns conference and their growing confidence for CDMA chip sales for the next three years, I am guessing it is possible LSI is licensed for a broader array of CDMA technology than we originally talked about. What do you think? Have you heard anything new in this regard?

Best, Huey
