MG Natural Resources Announces Name Change to Xenolix Technologies, Inc.
SUMMIT, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 2000--MG Natural Resources Corporation (OTC:MGAU), a developmental nanotechnology company, announced that pursuant to a written consent of shareholders representing a majority of the voting shares of the Company voted to change the corporate name to Xenolix Technologies, Inc. and elected directors to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders.
Effective Monday, June 19, 2000, Xenolix will begin trading under its new symbol XTCI.
The new name was selected to reflect the change in the Company's strategic direction from a traditional mining company to a technology company engaged in inventing innovative nano-technologies to be utilized in analyzing and processing refractory precious metals ores. The name "Xenolix" is derived from the word "xenolith" whose definition is "a foreign substance found in igneous rock."

The Company is a Nevada Corporation headquartered in Summit, New Jersey, which is inventing, researching and developing new precious metals technologies based upon the application of nanotechnological science it is pioneering.
