Do you really have an appreciate of how much money that is? Do you really believe that had Microsoft settled and agreed to stop violating anti-trust laws in the future that they would have lost more than $200 billion?

1) As a shareholder, of course I do.

2) To agree to stop violating anti-trust laws as you say, would be an admission of guilt. Such an admission most probably would have resulted in monetary as well as other far reaching 'damages' well beyond the figure stated, in the long run. All one needs to do is look above at the swarming private lawsuits awaiting such an opportunity for the "admission of guilt" to swarm in. It would also roll out the "welcome back" mat, for more of the same. No thanks, I'll let the Rule of Law take it from here.

Such an admission of guilt on behalf of the Defendant by way of settlement, will not happen in this case. And yes you can bank on it.

Cordially,

Gary
