Di - I have used a number of these programs - and a lot of other neat stuff. The standard windows distribution is really more like a "toolkit" than a fixed distribution, and there is a wealth of stuff available to customize it.

My only reservation would be to suggest a full system backup periodically, and especially before loading any content you are not sure of, so that you can get back to whatever you had if things don't turn out like you want.
