Your rational for FDA approval will not hold. If a company says that snake oil will work to cure ALS the FDA will not approve it. A drug has to be proven to be safe and effective. Myo has not been proven to be effective based on data presented. The t-IND is a way to CEPH prove in real life that their product can improve an ALS patients life.
