curious, Bill, as to how acquisitions for Hightec will make Sinclare profitable - having Sinclare do software development for the acquisitions? Create a website for Karate International? How many websites does it take to produce $1 in net profit on a per-share basis? With 20 million or so shares out there it would seem to take a lot of revenues to do that - that's a lot of rabbits. Pulling rabbits out of a hat - isn't that the art of illusion? Dee Jay
