I think the Fed does what the Fed does best- print 3 or 5 billion dollars per day and inject it into the stock market via repos and coupon passes.

Whether they raise or lower interest rates has absolutely no bearing on the market. It's the speed of the printing press that determines the price of INTC and GE and CSCO.
