Speaking of MEMs, I found the following while digging through GLW files: corning.com Corning, New York, June 12, 2000 -- Corning Incorporated (NYSE:GLW) announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of IntelliSense Corporation of Wilmington, Massachusetts. Corning had previously held a 33% equity ownership position in the company. A leading provider of micro-electro-mechnical systems (MEMS) software, design and fabrication, IntelliSense will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Corning.
