Rude-- I looked at the thread and have seen the same type of posts before. Those that get too close to any company can get bit. Certainly this one was reliant on IRID which we know where it went also. Those of us that play 'cutting edge' and 'new technology' expect those things to happen. Those thinking of doing so should play the MFs until they are comfortable. PINOX has not been bad for an international fund. Try a broker. Paine Webber started the Selegman New Techbnologies Fund last July 30. That fund is 65% tech issues and 35% venture cap. It has slid recently to where it is only up 70%. There are often restrictions on these and the Selegman is a prime example. Certainly NOT for those that may need to redeem shares as that is not always possible.
