A couple of ideas re: a fax: Send a fax to the ICU nurses station to the attention of her attending physician or Send a fax to a nearby Kinkos and have a courier deliver it to her physician. Once we've identified the fax destination, I'd be willing to make arrangements for the courier, and pick up the tab. I would need the particulars: p/u location, hospital address, physician name, etc. <edit> I did a search for Kinko's located in Brooklyn, but (per Kinko's website) none were listed)
