It's an OBVIOUS conspiracy against individuals!!! ;) LOL. Technology and integration issues, I'm certain. There are a lot more moving parts than there were the last time an electronic execution system was integrated on the NASDAQ side that didn't go through ACT. (OZ, SOES doesn't go through ACT...right? Can't remember now.) LPS5
