hello Ritz and Andrew
new to this site. Have you heard much about a company called Jmar
industries? They too are working on the .13micron and Duv and a whole
lot more including a medical product called lightknife. They are work
ing with Intel and some other names not able to recall. This company
is small and with big products, if you can check out this co. and give
me some input as to their chances with steppers, duv. and .13micron I
would really appriciate
