Interesting..This might make sense!! If the partnership wanted to sell and a big US buyer wanted more, then GREAT.. Better to do a cross than to have the 450,000 shares hold back the stock price,,,If Hugh could confirm this, then I believe we are going much higher awaiting a contract..No? \Comments,. Thank you.
