I have taken the liberty of copying some posts from the search engine. It looks as if there is a JMAR industries thread which should be very helpful. In this list below, there is a reference to SEXI. I would read this very carefully. I do not know what it contains but SEXI has been "company non grata" to many of my acquaintances. You might also want to browse the "General Lithography" thread for references on JMAR. I remember someone asking some questions there that I may or may not have answered for them. Good Luck and ask more questions if you are not satisfied with the information provided so far

Tharos - I saw the news about LB. Glad they got approval, however, JMAR is right on their heels with a much smaller device -
