ed - the recent collapse of channel player inacom raised a question in my mind. Suppose I had bought puts on ICO. With the stock in the tank, those puts are worth a bunch. Then the company re-states financials, then goes into Chapter 11, then the stock is de-listed and is now trading on pink slips, and management is liquidating assets. What happens to those put contracts? How would I collect? I don't actually have any position in ICO options, but it did seem to me like collecting on them might be problematic when there is a collapse this complete. Any thoughts?
