The partnership shares are not free trading until Sept. so, even though i threw out the facts, it stikes me that the partnership is not the vendor.

Over on Stockhouse, they mentioned a company called Michael Inc which supposedly owned 10% or so and has been selling. This may be the vendor.

Lalit, i have a small pro-rata interest in the shares. It is hoped that they will sell about 50,000 to fund are fight against Rev Can, the rest will hopefully be distributed out. Needless to say, i own a lot more outside that entity and have been buying for a couple of months. Some too high but some at the lows . Just pissed off i didn't react when it was in the $2 range!
