Infowave signs multi-year wireless software agreement BURNABY, BC, June 19 /CNW-PRN/ - Infowave Software, Inc. (TSE: IW - news) announced today that it has entered into a software license and development agreement with Intel Corporation under which Infowave agrees to provide wireless software technology and expertise.
Under the terms of the agreement, Infowave will provide wireless enterprise expertise, technology and product offerings for use with customized client and server solutions for new products being developed in Intel's New Business Group. Infowave will be compensated through a combination of engineering fees, royalties and license fees expected to begin in the third quarter of 2000. The term of the agreement is five years.
