Postings on SI are subject to lots of things, including subpoena, and therefore folks should be very careful about how they phrase things. Sound general advice, and I personally have a double incentive for carefulness given my choice not to be anonymous on this board. But that still does not make anything one says on this or any other Internet message board equivalent to testimony. You can't be charged with perjury for lying on SI! At any rate, in this specific case, it's manifest that the accusations against CYBR did not originate with anyone here on SI. One peek at the news headlines for CYBR will tell you that a gaggle of law firms (or whatever the collective term is) are also buying into the accusations. So targetting a lawsuit against some random, possibly anonymous, individual who happens to repeat said accusations is just a wee bit silly IMHO. When accusations from an individual against a company cross the DMZ - it has the potential to be a federal matter. IANAL, but that doesn't sound right. Civil is civil, unless there's fraud or something like that involved.
