Jim, What do you think cross-licensing agreements are all about? They allow companies to violate others patents, in exchange for like favors. The problem with Rambus is that they have no product, and can litigate with impunity. This is a dangerous situation for the industry, and I suspect a lot of fallout will come from this. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if this ultimately crashes the entire tech sector. IP is more valuable than product. Why make product? Scumbria
