Scumbria, Who will play with Rambus now? Rambus is loathe to the industry. LOL! Most businessepeople are more pragmatic than the "anything-but-Intel/Rambus" crowd. There's too much infrastructure in place, there's too much support from Intel in the memory market, the networkers are getting on-board, and Rambus has a significant headstart in the chip-to-chip IP to bother fighting it strongly. I'd agree that it would be in Rambus best interests to start to smooth the waters a little, maybe give in a teeny bit somewhere, but this will all be forgotten by the non-rabid crowd. Dave
