Scum The rambus execs answered this very explicitly in the conference call 1) Toshiba owns no rambus shares 2) Toshiba was granted no new warrants associated with this deal 3) Toshiba may get warrants if they achieve certain production targets for RDRAM, but are in a race for these, the first 3 manufacturers who meet the milestones get them.
