2) Toshiba was granted no new warrants associated with this deal

So Toshiba holds Rambus warrants? How much did they appreciate on Friday? How much would they be worth today without the announcement?

3) Toshiba may get warrants if they achieve certain production targets for RDRAM, but are in a race for these, the first 3 manufacturers who meet the milestones get them.

And the size of these grants was unaffected by the Friday deal?
