Where does he say that it can be done on any existing motherboard without requiring special chipsets to enable this. You conveniently left out this snippet in your response to Kapkan4u (by the by you didn't even have guts to call his name right, and I understand why)

Analysts agree. "They [the K7 and Alpha processors] could use the same chip set," said Michael Slater, editorial director of the Microprocessor Report, referring to the accompanying chips that allow the processor to talk with other components in the computer.
