FONR is the most frustrating stock I own. I too, would be happy to see 4.00. This is a good company, however the volume isn't jumping on this kind of news because even though "GE" has lost, They are a high power company and will drag this out to the bitter end. I for one, would be totally surprised if GE coughed up the cash in 1997. Every minute they avoid paying this settlement, it is generating revenue for "GE" in one way or another...(interest, dividends, etc. etc.) FONR has great potential, however it is tough to hold when there are so many stocks that are on a steady up-tick right now. (Luis...if you are following....it's your laugh !! ) My opinion. M.
