from meho.com Company Alert! 6/19/00 To clarify the most recent press release regarding the MEHO 3 for 1 forward split, the record date of June 15, 2000 is for administrative purposes. If you purchase and own MEHO stock up through June 30, 2000 you will be entitled to the 3 for 1 forward split on July 3, 2000.
