... The RS chart continues to tell a bullish story.

I, too, am LT investor of EMC (4 yrs) and CSCO (8 yrs). Yet their RS is only moderate (6.5) compared to say CREE (14.5) or SEBL (14.2), ie., only half as 'bullish' as the latter two. Based on relative 'bullishness', money would be better spent on buying CREE and SEBL on dips compared to buying EMC and CSCO. Do you agree?

Does anyone have access to DWA rank of top ten RS stocks, and if so what is it? Thanks.
