Must be your browser. Mine worked just fine. It's a Chinese company. Their first page allows you to select English or Chinese to view the rest of the site in. A very nice thing for a company to do for those for those visitors who don't speak their native language. IMO: This is another example of you missing out, by limiting yourself to you own reality. Note to self: Never, ever rely on JC's opinion of a web sites quality. Get out into the real world sometime.
